3-Homer Hat Trick for McDonald
Fans are still buzzing after <Salem:team#28> whipped the <Nampa Stampeders:team#100> by the score of 10-5 today at Salem Stadium.

<Jonathan McDonald:player#9912> smashed three home runs in the contest, a feat that would be a career highlight for most players and few fans ever see. In a tremendous performance, the catcher bashed out 3 hits in 5 at-bats, had 4 RBIs and scored 3 times.

At the postgame press conference, McDonald said it was an "unbelievable" feeling to hit three home runs in a game.

"Getting one homer is special, and two is great," <McDonald:player#9912> said. "Three is just... wow."
