Explorers End Villarreal's Streak
The 35-game hitting streak of <Arizona Vipers:team#6> left fielder <José Villarreal:player#9874> came to an end today at Multnomah Stadium. The <Oregon Explorers:team#75> held him hitless in 4 at-bats and also sent the Vipers down to defeat, 5-3.
