Twin Towers Edge Warhawks, 4-3
Led by <Steve Miller Jr.:player#3761>, the <New York Twin Towers:team#78> downed the <Illinois Warhawks:team#74>, 4-3. Miller Jr. went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Twin Towers. <Stan Butler:player#3475>, who went 7.2 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 3 runs on 9 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 7. His record now stands at 4-2.  <Mark Davidson:player#9018> was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 19 of 20 save opportunities.

Early in the game, Miller Jr. had a 3-run  home run for New York. It was his 17th home run of the season and put the Twin Towers on top, 4-1.

Miller Jr. told a New York Chronicle reporter that he was "gratified" with the win. 

With the victory, the Twin Towers upped their record to 42-28.
