FL's Top Rookie Crowned
Rookies are supposed to be seen, but not heard. But that wasn't the case with <Illinois:team#74>'s <Carlos Arriaga:player#10767>. He spoke up loudly and often this season on his way to winning the Frontier League Rookie of the Year for 2057.

To be accurate, the 22-year-old left fielder let his performance do the talking. In his debut season <Arriaga:player#10767> piled up some good stats, hitting .264, driving in 94 runs and scoring 71 times, while playing in 146 games. The Warhawks newcomer also had 27 doubles, 7 triples and 31 home runs.

<Yasuaki Koga:player#10395> of the <Oregon Explorers:team#75> finished second in voting, while <Jeff Perry:player#10237> of the <New Mexico Danger:team#1> finished third.
