Best ELW Reliever Named
<St. Louis Sportsman:team#10> reliever <Jeff Taylor:player#9171> said he loves to come into the game when the outcome is in jeopardy.

He certainly did a good job of impacting his team's outcomes this season, as he has been named the winner of the 2057 Reliever of the Year Award for the West.

"There's no better feeling than running in from the bullpen with the game on the line and your heart pumping," <Taylor:player#9171> said.

On the season, the Garland, Texas native had 5 saves in 51 relief appearances, 59 strikeouts in 93.1 innings and a record of 3 wins and 3 losses to go with his 2.99 ERA.

He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. <Vince Pope:player#8363> of the <San Antonio Turtles:team#9> finished second in voting, while <Ron Williams:player#2337> of the <St. Louis Sportsman:team#10> finished third.
