New York Moves on to League Championship Series
The <New York Twin Towers:team#78> didn't hold back their excitement after beating the <Pennsylvania Railroaders:team#4> in the Wildcard Series tonight.

Members of the team rushed onto the field and celebrated joyously when the victory became official, with a 5-1 win moving the club on to the League Championship Series, clinching a 4-2 series win in front of the PNC Park crowd.

"This isn't the big one, but of course we need to get through this before we can win a Federation Cup Series, so it's an important step," said <Joe Thompson:player#12022> as he took a break from celebrating. "Our guys are happy and excited to be moving on."

Thompson was named series MVP, as he hit .440 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 9 RBI and scored 6 runs.

On the other side of the diamond, there was desolation. Many members of the Railroaders sat stone-faced in their dugouts, simply watching New York celebrate.

The League Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcard Series finishes.
