Bricknell Goes Deep 3 Times
Sometimes it just isn't enough.

<Bricknell:player#9999> had a feast at the plate, pounding everything thrown his way. The 24-year-old first baseman banged out 3 hits in 4 at-bats, scored 3 times and batted in 4 runs. Despite his sensational performance, the Crabpots were not able to hold off the Cherries.

"Baseball is a funny game," Bricknell said in the post-game interview, "You can't dwell on the reasons for the loss. I'm sure there will be days when I go 0-for-4 and we win. These things tend to even out."
