Sekimoto Tags Saints for 6 Hits
<St. Cloud:team#48> second baseman <Hideyuki Sekimoto:player#2537> added his name to the record books with a 6-hit spree at Water Wolves Park today, but found his special moment spoiled when the <San Luis Obispo Saints:team#105> took a shootout win over the Water Wolves.

"I would have much preferred getting only a couple of hits and winning the game," he confessed to reporters afterward. "It's hard to go back into the clubhouse and celebrate a 6-hit game when you also lost." 

Water Wolves manager   called Sekimoto's game "a once-in-a-lifetime moment."

"It's a shame the guy can't really enjoy it," the skipper said. "It's also a shame what happened with our pitching today, but at least that we can try to fix."

<Hideyuki Sekimoto:player#2537> singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 10th.

For the year <Sekimoto:player#2537> is batting .311 with no home runs, 14 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
