Warhawks Prevail, 4-3, Over Pennsylvania
The <Illinois Warhawks:team#74> picked up a win at Todd Berry Memorial Field, knocking off the <Pennsylvania Railroaders:team#4>, 4-3. Starting pitcher <Cristóbal Marín:player#11906> was a big reason why. In 8 innings, Marín surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 8 and  walking 2. He allowed 3 runs. <Jesus Barillas:player#12256> closed the game out for Illinois, earning his 2nd save.

<Bob Hill:player#3838>  aided the Illinois cause with a run-scoring  single in the bottom of the second. For the game, the second baseman went 2-3 with 2 singles.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Marín told the Illinois Today. 

Illinois, now 4-12, is off to a slow start.
