Chaidez Touches All the Bases, Hits for Cycle
At St. Petersburg Park today, <Jose Chaidez:player#12465> led <St. Petersburg:team#61> to a 8-4 victory over the <Sanford Swamp Things:team#58> by hitting for the cycle, one of baseball's more difficult feats.

"Usually the triple is the hardest one to get, but I was most worried about the homer today because the ball wasn't carrying," Chaidez said later. "When I took it deep, I was expecting the ball to die on the warning track, so it was sweet seeing the ump give me the signal to circle the bases."

In addition to going 5-for-5, <Chaidez:player#12465> chalked up 3 RBI and scored 3 runs in an exceptional performance.

<Jose Chaidez:player#12465> hit an RBI triple in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off <D.J. Durham:player#10294> in the 8th.

This year <Chaidez:player#12465> is batting .371 with 3 home runs and 10 RBIs.
