Bourbon Gets Award for Relief Work
At the age of 18, <Philippe Bourbon:player#12596> says he still has a lot to learn about life in Liberty League.

But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the <Sarasota Wolves:team#68> reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2056 East Reliever of the Year Award.

"I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the  Sudbury, Canada native said.

For the season, Bourbon had 33 saves in 54 relief appearances, which totaled 55.2. He fanned 90 betters, while walking 37 and put up a record of 5-5 to go with his 3.56 ERA.

He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 20. <Matt Hager:player#12178> of the <Pensacola Wahoos:team#72> finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while <Ed Baden:player#5947> of the <Bradenton Bucs:team#69> finished third.
