8-2 Bears Win over Warhawks Evens Season Record
The home crowd had a good time watching the <Illinois Warhawks:team#74> and <Colorado Bears:team#2> get after it.

The Bears third baseman was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. <Aaron Cavaliere:player#6419> picked up the win with 5 innings of work. He allowed 2 runs on 6 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 8. On the season, he is now 10-9.

<Chip Hester:player#7037>, the Colorado second baseman, contributed a run-scoring  single in the bottom of the fourth inning to make the score 2-1, Bears. For the game, Hester went 2-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Raith told the Colorado Chronicle.

With the win, Colorado pushed its record to 81-81.
