Railroaders Lose to Blue Pirates, 5-4
Despite a fine performance by left fielder <Tomás Peña:player#11782>, the <Pennsylvania Railroaders:team#4> lost to the <Ontario Blue Pirates:team#77>, 5-4. Peña was 2-3 with a home run, a double,  and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. <Rubén Figueroa:player#7981> earned the win to go to 5-13. He allowed 4 runs on 7 hits, with 4 walks and 6 strikeouts in 6 innings of work.  The 4th-place Blue Pirates are now 70-86, the Railroaders 78-78.

<Juan Martínez:player#10520>, who is tied for 9th in the PL in stolen bases with 70, aided the Ontario cause with a run-scoring  ground out in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the center fielder was 1 for 4 with a double.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Pennsylvania manager <Mike Kritikos:manager#78>. "But we decided not to take it."
