11-6 Loss to Blue Pirates Extends New York Losing Streak
The home crowd had a good time watching the <New York Twin Towers:team#78> and <Ontario Blue Pirates:team#77> get after it.

<Ontario:team#77> left fielder <Andrew Bloomfield:player#8631> contributed to his team's 11-6 win over the <New York Twin Towers:team#78>. Bloomfield, who is tied for 7th in the PL in triples with 7, went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Blue Pirates. <Marc Vaughn:player#2546> earned the win after being called from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 3 runs on 2 hits in 1.1 innings. He upped his record to 6-6. 

Ontario took a 6-3 lead on <Jorge Martínez:player#1457>'s 25th double of the season. The bases-clearing  double, which Martínez hit in the bottom of the seventh, left New York pitcher <Richello Quiogue:player#8933> shaking his head.

"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Martínez said after the game.

New York has now lost 6 consecutive games.
