Blue Pirates Edge Railroaders, 3-2
Blue Pirates catcher <Duri Al Gahary:player#9058> put his stamp on his team's 3-2 win over the <Pennsylvania Railroaders:team#4>. Al Gahary went 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles,  and a walk, while scoring 2 for <Ontario:team#77> in the contest.  <Geoffrey McCluskey:player#4109> got the win, improving to 10-8. He worked 6 innings, giving up 2 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 2. Today's win puts Ontario at 55-64, while Pennsylvania falls to 62-57.

Ontario used the timely hitting of <Andrew Bloomfield:player#8631> to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring  single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Blue Pirates on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
