<New Jersey:team#80> pitcher <Jeremy Mastin:player#8182> gave the Blue Pirates all they could handle, but in the end, <Ontario:team#77> left Johnson & Johnson Field with a win, 2-1. Mastin allowed no runs on 4 hits over 6 innings. <Marc Vaughn:player#2546> earned the win after being called from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. He upped his record to 5-4. <Ken Daniels:player#1130> notched his 27th save in 31 chances.
