Trenton Halts Arnold's Hitting Steak
The <Charlestown Miners:team#33> defeated the <Trenton Owls:team#34> 8-7 today at Trenton Ballpark, but <Jamie Arnold:player#2310>'s 21-game hitting string was snapped and went to the wayside. Arnold went hitless in 3 at-bats.

"I enjoyed the streak," the left fielder said in a BNN interview after the game. "It's great in one way, but the day-to-day pressure to keep it going can be tough to handle, too. The main thing is we got the 'W' today. That's all that really counts."

In 98 games this season <Arnold:player#2310> is batting .280 with 107 hits and 12 home runs. He has scored 66 runs and driven in 67.
