Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Baker
At the age of 14, <Kevin Baker:player#10842> says he still has a lot to learn about life in High School League.

But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the <Sacramento HS Rivercats:team#167> reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2056 Pioneer League Reliever of the Year Award.

"I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the  Robbinsdale, Minnesota native said.

For the season, Baker had 2 saves in 11 relief appearances, which totaled 22.2. He fanned 31 betters, while walking 13 and put up a record of 0-0 to go with his 0.79 ERA.

He received 38 first place votes out of a possible 40. <Stephen Rhea:player#10789> of the <San Francisco HS Sea Lions:team#171> finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while <Zach Zook:player#8141> of the <Tucson HS Pioneers:team#137> finished third with 1 first place vote.
