War Lords Heading to High School LCS
<Jordan Taylor:player#12487> said he didn't even realize how well he had been playing in the High School Wildcard Series until he was shown his own statistics.

The <Wasco HS War Lords:team#151> left fielder put up a .286 average with 3 home runs, 8 RBI and 6 runs scored, enough to earn him series MVP honors. It all added up to his War Lords advancing to the High School LCS, with a 3-1 series win over the <Markham HS Coyotes:team#144>.

"I didn't really pay attention to the numbers or my stats at all as we went along," he said. "I'm just so focused on trying to help the team win, that's it."

The series victory had become official with a 12-4 triumph at Ballpark of Markham HS. Even if Taylor is not paying close attention to his stats, the rest of baseball certainly will be keeping an eye on him as the playoffs continue.

"I like to be under pressure and think I respond well to it," he said.

The <Wasco HS War Lords:team#151> will play against the <Houston HS Hornets:team#155> in the next round. Houston HS won their series against the <Mesa HS Warlords:team#173> 3 games to 0. The High School LCS schedule will be announced after the High School Wildcard Series finishes.
