White Touches All the Bases, Hits for Cycle
It was a special day for <Jermaine White:player#9218> at Mountain View Ballpark today. Not only did White's <Minnesota Mallards:team#5> beat the <Colorado Bears:team#2> 8-7, but the left fielder hit for the cycle along the way.

The 30-year-old <White:player#9218> racked up 2 singles, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to get his name in the record books. For the game, he went 5-for-5 with 3 runs batted in and 3 runs scored.

"He hit everything we threw," said Bears manager  . "There was just no getting him out today."

Speaking to the press after the game, <White:player#9218> said his goal for the day had been to look for "first pitch fastballs."

"I got some good looks today," he said.

<Jermaine White:player#9218> doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, tripled in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off <Chris Duke:player#10478> in the 7th and singled in the 8th.

Thus far this year <White:player#9218> has hit .291 with 3 home runs and 10 RBIs.
