Warhawks Zip Past Danger, 6-0
The <Illinois Warhawks:team#74> picked up a win at The Danger Zone, knocking off the <New Mexico Danger:team#1>, 6-0. On the mound for Illinois was left-hander <Gil Glenn:player#11676>, who played a pivotal role in the win. Glenn went 8.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 9 hits, walked 0, and struck out 5. His record improves to 1-1.  The win puts Illinois at 4-4.

Illinois used a well-timed hit by <Danny George:player#148> to capture the win. The third baseman socked a run-scoring  double in the top of the fifth inning to put the Warhawks ahead, 1-0. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.
