Parker on Fire: 5-for-6 for Wisconsin
<Wisconsin:team#184> first baseman <Jim Parker:player#5664> had a big day at Colonels Ballpark today against the <Virginia Colonels:team#182>. The 29-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-6 and led the Berserkers to a 17-5 triumph over Virginia.

"Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Parker said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all."
