3-Game Suspension for Guerra
The league has issued a 3-game suspension to Green Sox catcher <José Guerra:player#11933> for his bad conduct yesterday at the <Greensboro:team#40>-<Philadelphia:team#39> game at Stars Park. Guerra was tossed out of the game for heatedly questioning a third-strike call. Once the home plate umpire ejected him, Guerra ran over to argue more, even though the umpire warned him specifically, "Don't you come over here."

Guerra then retreated to the dugout, where he threw several bats onto the field and followed with a toss of an athletic trainer's bag. Later, Guerra ran out of the clubhouse tunnel to continue arguing -- a big no-no for a player who has already been thrown out.

<Guerra:player#11933> is batting at a .194 pace this season, picking up 18 hits in 93 at-bats with 1 home run, 7 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
