Hits Blitz for Rhinos Pérez
<Joaquín Pérez:player#6174> was jubilant as the <Utah Rhinos:team#177> left the field with a 8-2 win over the <South Carolina Jackrabbits:team#181> today. He had every right to be. 

The 29-year-old left fielder hit for the cycle at Jackrabbits Ballpark, had a 4-for-5 game and chalked up 4 runs batted in and 3 runs to boot.

"It's too bad I can't do that every day," Pérez said with a smile to reporters after the game. "It would do wonders for my batting average."

Utah manager   was "proud" of the left fielder's feat, but was not expecting it to happen.

"Cycles are tough because triples are tough," the skipper said. "As soon as the ball left the bat on that triple, guys were jumping off the bench for him. Honestly, I wasn't sure he was going to be able to leg it out."

<Joaquín Pérez:player#6174> hit a two-run double in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off <Christian Hunt:player#6358> in the 3rd, tripled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.

For the season <Pérez:player#6174> is currently batting .262 with 3 home runs and 17 RBIs. In 23 games he has reached base at a .319 rate and scored 12 runs to date.
