Liu Fires No-Hitter
The <San Luis Obispo Saints:team#105> were just hoping for a solid outing from <Chin-yau Liu:player#9363>. Instead, they got something special.

The 22-year-old hurler tossed a no-hitter against the <Hilton Head Islanders:team#109>, helping the Saints take the 6-0 win.

"I felt good throughout the game," he said after his spectacular outing for the Saints. "As I was going into the ninth inning, I wasn't nervous. I knew I had a chance to do something special."

<Liu:player#9363>'s repertoire has a fastball, curveball, changeup, and forkball, and he used it all to full advantage, keeping the <Hilton Head:team#109> hitters off balance all game long. The <San Luis Obispo:team#105> hurler fanned 11 and walked 1 in his history-making performance.

"His fastball looked about the size of a watermelon seed and it hissed at you as it passed," Hilton Head manager   joked after the game.

In 14 starts this season <Liu:player#9363> has notched a 4-4 record and a 3.62 ERA.
