Moran's 21-Game Hitting Streak Ends
It was the best of both worlds for the <Pittsburgh Crawfords:team#23> today at Cleveland Ballpark as they defeated the <Cleveland Attack:team#21> 12-7 and also ended <Conan Moran:player#4119>'s 21-game hitting streak. The 23-year-old Cleveland right fielder failed to get a hit in 3 at-bats.

"Nothing personal against Conan, we just wanted to win the game," said the victorious Crawfords skipper. "We did a great job keeping him off balance and guessing."

When asked by reporters about his streak coming to an end, Moran frowned and said, "I won't lie and say that I'm not disappointed about my streak ending, but I would feel much better about things if we had won the game."

Thus far this year <Moran:player#4119> has hit .318 with 23 home runs and 64 RBIs.
