Fleet 3-4 as Twin Towers Squeeze Past Ontario
<New York:team#78> right fielder <Warner Fleet:player#6998> was instrumental in his team's 9-8 win over the <Ontario Blue Pirates:team#77>. Fleet, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2051 draft, went 3-4 with 3 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Twin Towers. New York reliever <Tony Faulkner:player#11317> picked up the win, bumping his record to 5-6. <Dan Thompson:player#4179> was collared with the loss. After today's action, New York sits at 90-69, while Ontario falls to 80-79.

Fleet had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 2-0 fastball from <Dan Thompson:player#4179>, he banged a 2-run  home run to right, giving the Twin Towers a 9-8 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Fleet.

"We swung the bats good throughout the lineup," said New York skipper <Richard Hager:manager#62>.
