Ontario Bats Go Silent in 4-0 Loss
The <Ohio Knights:team#79> topped the <Ontario Blue Pirates:team#77>, 4-0, in Patriot League action at Huntington Park. The player of the game was Ohio pitcher and Grantham, New Hampshire native <Juan Gonzáles:player#7873>. Gonzáles, now 7-6, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 5, walking 3, and allowing no earned runs. <Mike Benton:player#6053> converted his 21st save in 25 tries.

<Walt Miller:player#9371> had a productive at-bat for the  Knights with no one out in the bottom of the fourth. With the bases empty, the shortstop hit a solo home run. The at-bat was important in the Ohio win.

"You work hard, day in and day out, hoping to give the fans something to cheer about. Today was a good day," Gonzáles told the Ohio Times. 

Ohio is now 48-73. Ontario is 61-60.
