Leslie Boosts Hit Streak to 20 Games
The streak is alive and well -- at least for today.

<Kevin Leslie:player#4896> did it again, bashing 1 hit in the contest at Pelican Park today. For the last 20 games in a row, the 21-year-old second baseman has collected at least one hit. His efforts helped the <Punta Gorda Bulldogs:team#70> beat the <Miami Beach Expos:team#106> 7-4 today.

"I'm happy I kept the streak going," Leslie told a standing-room-only crowd of reporters gathered in the Punta Gorda clubhouse. "Honestly though, I'm looking forward to going home and not thinking about this for the rest of the day."
