Athletics Walk Off with Win
<Ontario:team#77> got a terrific performance from pitcher <Cristo Mota:player#7028>, but it wasn't enough to beat the <New Jersey Athletics:team#80>. New Jersey won the Johnson & Johnson Field contest, 9-8. Mota was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He threw 5 innings of shutout ball. The win was credited to <Manny López:player#728> in relief. His record improves to 1-1. <Chris Ball:player#5035> took the loss. With the win, New Jersey goes to 51-44, while the Blue Pirates fall to 49-46.

New Jersey won the game in the bottom of the 11th inning. With no outs and <Chris Ball:player#5035> on the mound for Ontario, pinch hitter <Jed McNeil:player#6721> hit a dramatic 3-run  home run, bringing Athletics fans to their feet. 

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," McNeil said.
