Vipers Win at Ontario, 6-4
The <Arizona Vipers:team#6> beat the <Ontario Blue Pirates:team#77>, 6-4, at Farmers Market Stadium. The win was largely due to the efforts of first baseman <Luppe Mathijssen:player#11371>, who captured player of the game honors. He was 3-4 with a home run and a double. <Pat Lebeavois:player#5870> picked up the save for Arizona, his 7th of the year. The Vipers bumped their record to 30-22 with this latest triumph.

<Lou O'Slattery:player#9519>, who is tied for 5th in the FL in total bases with 109, contributed to the Arizona win with a 3-run  home run in the top of the third. For the game, the designated hitter had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 runs batted in.

"I'm proud to wear a Arizona jersey," Mathijssen told the Arizona News. "We played a good game and came out with the win. What more can you ask for?"
