Suns Jarred Jackson to Miss Year
<St. Augustine:team#110> left fielder <Jarred Jackson:player#3105> could miss the remainder of the season because of a torn posterior cruciate ligament. He exited yesterday's <Bradenton:team#69> game after injuring himself while running the bases. The original diagnosis said Jackson would be out 9-10 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that."

Currently <Jackson:player#3105> is batting .269 with 36 hits and 2 home runs. He has knocked in 15 runs and scored 22 times.
