Warhawks Rally For Late Win Over Mallards
It was a fun time at Todd Berry Memorial Field, where the <Minnesota Mallards:team#5> and <Illinois Warhawks:team#74> tangled.

The inspired effort of <Minnesota:team#5> first baseman <Curt Palácios:player#4582> was not enough to prevent a 6-5 loss to the <Illinois Warhawks:team#74>. Palácios went 4-4 with a home run and 3 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. With the win, the Warhawks have a record of 19-26.

<Eric Rigsby:player#4954>, who is tied for 2nd in the FL with a .414 on-base percentage, chipped in for Illinois with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the ninth. For the game, the first baseman had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 RBI.

"Baseball is about momentum," said Rigsby, "and we feel we've got it in our favor after that win."
