Twin Towers Win at Ontario, 6-5
The <New York Twin Towers:team#78> did just enough to sneak past the <Ontario Blue Pirates:team#77>, 6-5, at Farmers Market Stadium. New York left fielder <António Estrada:player#8748> earned player of the game honors. <Luis Gómez:player#11420>, credited with the win, is now 2-2. He allowed 3 runs on 7 hits in 5 innings. <Tony Faulkner:player#11317> locked down his 2nd save.

<Steve Miller Jr.:player#3761>, who is tied for 3rd in the PL in extra base hits with 16, aided the New York cause with a run-scoring  sacrifice fly in the top of the fourth. For the game, the designated hitter went 1 for 3 with a walk.

"I like winning," Miller Jr. told the New York Bulletin. "I may joke around, but when it comes down to it, winning is the most important thing."

The Blue Pirates fall to 12-15 and continue their lackluster start in 2054.
