Jorge Béltre Inducted into Hall Of Fame
What a career and what a ballplayer.
<Jorge Béltre:player#6338> truly was one of the best to play the game, and today he was enshrined into the American Federation Baseball League Hall of Fame with 0.0% of writer's ballot votes.

"It is an honor to be mentioned with the greatest players of all time. I want to thank my family, friends and teammates for supporting me throughout this long career," the outstanding third baseman said at the induction ceremony.

In his career, <Béltre:player#6338> played in 2625 games with a .315 lifetime batting average. Among his 3441 hits were 448 doubles, 135 triples and 159 home runs. He also scored 1468 runs and drove in 1170 runs.

<Jorge Béltre:player#6338> retired from baseball at the age of 39 in 2049.
