Bears Top Warhawks Behind Parks, 2-0
<Josh Parks:player#618> never let <Illinois:team#74> get something going. The <Colorado:team#2> right-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Bears to a 2-0 win. <Robbie Stone:player#9806> got the save, his 32nd in 36 chances. The second-place Bears now have a 4-game winning streak.

Parks was in the zone all game. He frustrated Illinois hitters while giving the Bears 8 innings of quality work. Parks threw 99 pitches, allowing 4 hits and getting 4 punchouts. 

"I tell our guys all the time, 'Every pitch is the right pitch if you put it in the right place, you believe in it and have conviction,'" Colorado manager   said.
