UBLE Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award
The Reliever of the Year Award goes to the East reliever who put forward the strongest season.

"I just feel like the ball was doing what I wanted it to this year and I was in command most nights out there," he said. "Some days you don't have your best stuff, but I didn't have too many of those days this year."

On the season, <Stephens:player#55> pitched 71.2 innings, with 75 strikeouts and an ERA of 3.89. He also had 3 saves in 37 relief appearances.

He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. <Dave Webber:player#10157> of the <Virginia Colonels:team#182> finished second in voting, while <Kevin Anderson:player#581> of the <South Carolina Jackrabbits:team#181> finished third.
