Foster's 21-Game Hit Streak Ends
The <Duluth Knights:team#26> got more than the 8-6 victory at Duluth Park today -- they also put an end to the 21-game hitting streak of <Vancouver Trappers:team#96> second baseman <Ken Foster:player#10906> by holding him without a hit in 3 at-bats.

After the game, Foster seemed more concerned with his team taking the loss than with the demise of his streak.

"I had some great looks at some pitches that I should have hit," he said. "I missed some that I shouldn't have swung at. All in all, I wasn't much help with the bat today."

Looking at his season stats, <Foster:player#10906> has compiled a .351 batting average and a .448 on-base percentage, while hitting 6 home runs and driving in 49 runs.
